LMS Management: Proficient in using Learning Management Systems for course creation, user management, and reporting.
E-Course and Module Development: Expertise in developing e-learning modules and courses.
Assessment: Proficient in evaluating training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's Four-Level Training Evaluation Model.Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing training needs and assessing the impact.
Problem-Solving: Creative and innovative approach to developing learning solutions.
