Work Setup: 100% onsite
- Location: 19th Floor, CyberOne, Eastwood Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, 1800 Metro Manila.
- Shift: Tuesdays to Fridays 5AM to 2PM, Saturdays 5AM to 12PM
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term strategies for employee engagement and learning that align with business objectives.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in assessing program effectiveness and making data-driven decisions.
Creativity: Innovative approach to designing engaging and effective development programs.- Empathy: Strong understanding of employee needs and the ability to create supportive and inclusive programs.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage change effectively
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee engagement, learning and development, or a similar role.
Proven experience designing and implementing successful employee engagement and training programs.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Has background in using Canva
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: Php25,- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
