General Job Description:- Serves as the point person in the set-up of the Company's Learning Programs.
Prepares the annual training calendar for approval based on competency and performance gaps.- Provides relevant feedback to management on compliance with individual development plans.
Provides analysis for learning and development data, useful for the evaluation of the current training framework, including measures and methods for continuous improvement.
- Evaluates results of learning and development programs and analyzes their implications for employee productivity and business and organizational issues. Recommends appropriate action plans.
Ensures all training participants can answer the Training Evaluation Form.
Collates all available Company-developed learning materials and maintains an online learning library.- Creates modules and facilitates/conducts in-house training, as needed, including conduct of Pre-Test and Post-Test.
Prepares certificates of completion for employees who have completed in-house training and its requirements.
- Conducts New Employee Orientation and ensures all new hires undergo the standard process of onboarding and are properly evaluated before deployment.
Sourcing of possible providers for external training requirements.
- Processing of enrolment to external training from securing approval of training request to registration of participant/s to payment of investment fees.
Collection of certificates from external training.

Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Behavioral Science, or another related course
Computer literate- With good communication and interpersonal skills
