Learning and Development Trainer
Job Requirements
- Has at least 1 year of corporate training/academic teaching background. Preferably in a call center designated as a trainer, training assistant, or their equivalent.
Has worked as an agent or another higher position (e.g. Senior CSR, QA, TL) in a call center.- Speaks and writes outstanding English.
Ability to work with different levels of employees.
- Capable of handling multiple small to medium campaigns/accounts.
Knowledgeable and practices various learning principles.- Can work in shifting schedules.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Advance knowledge in MS Excel and VBA.
