The Learning and Development Specialist will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement and promoting continuous learning within the organization. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing various engagement activities and learning events, developing creative employee programs, and ensuring effective communication across the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement Activities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities and company events;
Develop creative employee programs to maintain high levels of engagement;- Serve as the host/MC for company events as necessary, ensuring a lively and engaging atmosphere;
Promote UNMG's core values through employee engagement activities;
- Craft and send timely communications of policies, announcements, and other necessary information to all employees
- Event Coordination
- Assist in coordinating Learning and Development (L&D) events.
Ensure all events are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Data Management
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to engagement and L&D activities.
Prepare reports based on the collected data to inform future initiatives.
- Keep up with trends
- Keep up to date with engagement trends;
Continuously seek to learn and unlearn practices to enhance personal and organizational growth;- Perform related tasks as assigned from time to time
- Educational Background and Work Experience:
Degree in any Behavioral Science course- Minimum of 2 years work experience in employee engagement and learning and development facilitation

- Ability to generate fresh, unique, and innovative ideas for employee engagement and company events. This includes developing outside the box programs and events that keep employees motivated and engaged
- Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting clear and engaging messages, policies, and event announcements.
Public speaking skills are crucial for hosting events and keeping the audience engaged.- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and engaging content for internal communications.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
