Job Description

The position is responsible for assisting the HR Officer in facilitating organizational improvement, assessing organizational needs, developing the culture of the organization and implementing the Human Resources and Training/Organizational Development Programs (Learning and Development Programs, Training, Employee Engagement, Performance Management) to ensure 100% compliance is achieved.
