Join our client team as the Head of Sales! In this role, you'll lead efforts to boost sales revenue by crafting effective growth strategies and action plans for global and local markets. Your main goal will be to ensure the successful implementation of these plans to meet financial targets.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue in both global and local markets.
Create tactical action plans to execute sales strategies effectively.
- Lead the implementation of sales initiatives to achieve financial targets.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; Master's Degree is a big plus- 10+ years of proven sales experience, both global and regional sales.
3+ years of proven experience in the export business.
- Experience in sourcing, transacting, and negotiating with the target market globally.
Experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in coffee or chocolate manufacturers- Adept at quick and informed decision-making, proficient in negotiation, and skilled in category management, sales management, and P&L management.
