Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual sales training calendar and budget.
  • Ensure sales target achievement and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage sales training operations across regions.
  • Review branch performance, guide and induct new sales hires.
  • Report on regional operations and ensure CSR/Executive Parivarthan conversions.
  • Maintain high-performance teams through recruitment, coaching, and monitoring.
  • Monitor CSR/CR performance and drive ASE/ASM performance.
  • Promote participation in contests and audit IFB points.
  • Foster strong customer relationships, drive implementation of IFB Customer Service Charter.
  • Oversee all sales training aspects, ensure seamless operations and results.
  • Build high-performance regional sales training team, focusing on competency and career development.

Skills and Requirements:

  • MBA from reputable institutes.
  • 15 years total experience, with regional training experience handling 3 states or more.
  • Exposure to Pan India Sales Operations Training.
  • Stable profile with minimum 3 years at each job.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and relocate as required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales leadership training, shop floor sales training, analytical skills, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in sales operations, distribution, retail, planning, organizing, problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking.
  • Understanding of financial indices, reporting, profit generation, cost management, and ability to drive numbers.
  • Excellent emotional quotient, interpersonal and team management skills, coaching & mentoring abilities, and sales accreditation.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales, AV modules creation capabilities, and retail sector experience.
