Sales agents can work in various industries, such as retail, real estate, insurance, pharmaceuticals, and technology, among others.
Identifying potential customers or clients.
- Reaching out to these prospects through various channels such as cold calling, emails, social media, or in-person visits.
Explaining the features, benefits, and value of the products or services.- Conducting product demonstrations or presentations to persuade customers.
Discussing terms of sales, including pricing and delivery.
- Overcoming objections and convincing customers to make a purchase.
Finalizing sales agreements and processing transactions.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and the latest products or services.
Understanding customer needs and how the company's offerings can meet those needs.- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas set by the company.
Continuously working to improve sales performance and achieve targets.
High School Graduate or Equivalent (must have 10 years of experience)
- Bachelors Degree in any business related course (must have 2 years experience)
Good Communication Skills, Negotiations Skills, Customer Service Skills, Product Knowledge and Interpersonal Skills- Proficiency in various Sales Techniques
Willing to do field work if needed
