Need to have qualifications:
- 2+ years managing modern sales teams who were selling to US customers
- Experience hiring at least 10 sales reps in BDR or AE roles
- 2+ years in performance management, including reviewing sales calls and providing constructive feedback
- Uncanny ability to figure things out by yourself (FITFO)
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to different sales processes
- Exceptional English communcation skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in US Eastern time
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a variety of industries, including SaaS, services, and direct to consumer
- Background in sales training and development
- Familiarity with a variety of popular CRM tools and sales acceleration tools (i.e. Gong, Salesloft, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients from the RGP side, maintaining strong and positive client relationships
- Oversee and manage salespeople deployed to various sales teams, ensuring they are meeting performance targets
- Quickly learn and adapt to each client's unique sales process, providing guidance and support to sales teams
- Conduct regular performance reviews, including reviewing sales calls and providing constructive feedback
- Collaborate with the HR team to hire and onboard RGPs for sales roles with our clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the internal team and clients
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise with the deployed sales teams or clients
