Job Summary:The position is primarily responsible for generating sales revenue through developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans for both global and local markets and ensuring the successful execution of these strategies to achieve financial targets.
Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
- With at least 10 years of proven sales experience I have both global and global sales
With at least 2 to 5 years of proven experience in export business.- With relevant experience from the food, beverage, and ingredients industries.
Graduate of any business-related course
- Strategic thinker, critical thinker, agile, adaptive leader, thrive in ambiguity, team player, high emotional intelligence, entrepreneurial, resilient, start-up mentality.
Excellent communication skills, makes quick and informed decision-making, excellent negotiation skills, category management, sales management, P&L Management
