The Regional Sales Supervisor for Visayas shall be responsible for driving growth, meeting the revenue targets and expanding customer base in the Visayas region. He shall supervise overseeing the daily and long-term operations of the company in the Visayas region and monitors activities and productivity of the Sales Engineers.
- Hire, train, mentor and coach a team of Sales Engineers across the country and provide the necessary support to enable them to generate leads and close new projects.
Achieve the budget by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data and making forecasts. Ensure that quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set individual objectives and track progress.- Implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objective. This includes identifying potential new markets and opportunities, analyzing trends and data and creating sales plan to increase revenues.
Establish sales objective for every sales territories and provide monthly rolling sales forecast to management.
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our solutions.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business Course (Engineering background is desirable)
Licensed Civil/Mining Engineer is desirable- Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills
At least 10 years experience in business development/sales
- At least 5 years experience in construction industries
Experience in DPWH and government project is desirable, but not required- Has at least 5 years technical/ relevant experience related to the job
