Job Description

About the Role

The Motorcycle Sales Manager oversees the national management of motorcycle tire sales, including dealership network management, channel development, sales reporting and forecasting, sales revenue management, territory expansion, dealer activation, and customer relationship management. This role is critical in driving sales growth and ensuring the company's products are effectively distributed and represented across the country.
  • I. Principal Responsibilities
  • Nationwide Motorcycle Tire Dealership Network Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with motorcycle tire dealerships nationwide.
  • Ensure dealership adherence to company policies, standards, and sales targets.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealerships to optimize their sales performance.
  • Channel Development
Identify and develop new sales channels to expand the distribution network.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure effective product placement and promotion within various sales channels.
Evaluate and implement new sales strategies to enhance market penetration.
  • Motorcycle Tire Sales Management
Set and achieve sales targets and objectives for motorcycle tire sales across the nation.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.
Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Dealer Activation
Activate new dealers and ensure they are fully integrated into the company's sales network.
  • Provide training and support to new dealers to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
Monitor new dealer performance and provide ongoing support to help them achieve sales targets.

Operation and navigation of Microsoft Office / 365 (OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, or Excel) and/or Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms).
  • Operation and navigation of video Conferencing Applications (Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, etc).
Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs.
  • Skills in developing salary administration plans and programs.
  • III. Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in a place of a degree.
  • 10 years proven experience in tire sales, dealer sales management, or similar industry focusing on relationship management.
5 years proven experience in People Management especially in leading R&F to Middle Management.
  • Willing to report onsite (Monday to Friday) - Head Office (Makati City).
