Job Description

We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

    We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Sales for Domestic Wholesale. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, which include national telcos, cable companies, and ISPs. The successful candidate will lead a team of account and relationship managers, overseeing sales strategies, customer engagement, and service delivery to ensure we meet and exceed our sales targets.
    Duties and Responsibility
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
    Lead, mentor, and manage two teams: one focused on large telcos and carriers, and the other on cable companies and smaller ISPs, particularly those in provincial areas.
    Collaborate with the Wholesale Division Head to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including national telcos, cable companies, and ISPs.
    Oversee the development and execution of account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
    Act as the primary point of contact for high-level negotiations and complex customer issues.
    Drive sales of our product portfolio, including IXP services, Direct Internet Access, Transport (EVPL, ELAN, IPL, Last mile EVPL), Global Teleport Connectivity Service, and Colocation services.
    Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand our customer base and revenue streams.
    Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
    Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
    Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Wholesale Division Head and senior management.
    Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and customer engagement strategy
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA would be awesome.
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the wholesale telecommunications or internet connectivity industry.
    Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
    Deep understanding of the telecommunications and internet services market, including IXP services, Direct Internet Access, Metro Ethernet, ELAN, Backhaul, IPL, Teleport Connectivity, and Colocation.
    Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
    Location
    Based in Makati, with travel as necessary to meet business needs.
