The HR Generalist will provide general HR support in ensuring positive employee relations, performance management and compliance with personnel policies that affect people at work. Employee relations support involves handling grievance procedures, providing update on local labor regulations, organizing employees communication venues and other relevant employee activities.
responsible to search, interview and screen applicants for both operations and support positions by employing appropriate selection process and coordinates with various external providers to address manpower needs. He/she is also directly responsible in providing administrative support by preparing relevant reports and maintaining applicant's database.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Recruitment
Conducts timely recruitment activities to fill-out all assigned job vacancies within the established turn-around-time.
Submits accurate weekly recruitment report (last working day of the week or Friday) and maintains updated Applicant Tracking System.
B. Performance Management
Ensures that employees performance evaluation is closely monitored and Immediate Heads are notified on the 3rd and 5th month regularization of the employee.
Prepares accurate and timely multi-rater performance review summary.
Responsible for the timely preparation and issuance of the Regularization Contracts for probationary employees who satisfactorily passed the probation period or Notice of Termination for those who will not be regularized.
C. Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
Responsible for the collection, monitoring and ensuring a comprehensive filing of all documents necessary for government compliance and other mandatory requirements of accredited service providers.
Handles Employee relations cases related to AWOL and Attendance-related transgression and provides assistance to Senior ER Specialists on handling minor, major and grave offenses.
Attends to minor DOLE relations cases related to complaints filed by contractors employees.
Assists on the successful preparation and execution of the company wide activities such as but not limited to Christmas Party and Outing
D. Administrative Tasks and Records Management
Assists in the implementation of Tardiness Memo and facilitates employees sanction
Coordinates with Accounting Department regarding salary concerns and inquiries
Updates the Employee Manning List every first Friday of the succeeding month, encodes relevant information based on changes in employment status, personal information, promotion, resignation, etc.
Safe keeps and maintains a comprehensive filing of incoming and outgoing memoranda and other office correspondences.
Encodes and updates the Employee Resignation Data on a monthly basis.
Attends to inquiries on employment verification
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 year(s) work experience in the related field is required for this position.
Willing to work physically in the Head Office every Mondays to Fridays. Fixed 2 weekends off.
Preferably with experience in using SPROUT SYSTEM Job Type: Full-time
