JOB SUMMARYThe Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee relations. To do this, he/she must be able to provide advice and assistance to its managers and staff. This may include information on training needs and opportunities, job descriptions, performance reviews and personnel policies. He/she must also ensure that the company receives accurate and timely information in order to make effective decisions.
Perform other key functions that contribute significantly to the achievement of the job.
Execute other duties as assigned.
The Human Resource Officer must be knowledgeable in human resources management, performance review methods and techniques
, staff training, development and recognition, delegation, mentoring and coaching. He/ she must also have the supervisory skills

, basic counseling skills, negotiations skills
, effective verbal and listening communication skills. He/she must have an understanding of the legislation, communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures, effective public relations and public speaking skills, research and program development skills, stress management skills, interviewing skills and time management skills.
Excellent listening and communication skills
Knowledgeable in MS processing programs.
Knowledgeable of the Philippine labor code
Has been in the human resource management field for 2 years.
