Major FunctionResponsible in achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidate; advising immediate head, Managers and key account's requests; managing relocations and intern program.
Monitor the activities and deliverables of their team and ensure that they meet their targets as stated by the customer, management and Service Level Agreement.
Participate and promote the Fast Impact Teams program through their role as work cell participants and continuous improvement of their work cell's performance.
- Qualifications and Competencies
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course.
- With working experience in HR, preferably in recruitment
With good interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills, problem solving and analytical- Innovative, creative, flexible and can easily adapt to changes, committed, goal and result-oriented
Can work under pressure
Willing to travel.- Can work for extended hours
Proficient in both English and Filipino language, both verbal and written
