POSITION PURPOSEProviding employee support and assistance with regard to compensation and benefits services due to all company personnel and aiding compliance with government and labor regulations.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Research and prepare legal opinions on various civil matters, including claims for compensation against the Company.
Oversees regulatory compliance to labor laws, rules and regulations.
- Assists the HR in responding to alleged violation of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluation or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures. Assists in the development and overseeing a system for uniform handling of such violations.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or the Management- Assists the HR and labor requirements of the company
- The candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management. Psychology or Equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Knowledge in Labor Laws and Compensation and Benefits.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral
Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions- Ability to present information and bargain with employees and managers from different levels
