Job Description

_Position Summary:_

The incumbent is responsible in handling all of the HR related needs and concerns of Sales and Technical business unit/s and process government mandated benefits.

_Organizational Setting:_

Reports to: HR Head

Coordinates with: other HR staff

Business unit's supervisors, managers, and senior leaders

_Supervises: _N/A

_Essential Duties and Responsibilities:_
  • Recruitment and Onboarding

Coordinates with Recruitment Staff all manpower needs/requests of the business unit.

Conducts initial interview to the endorsed applicant.

Manages and facilitates schedule of interviews for requesting department heads.

Endorses qualified candidates to HR Head for final interview and/or job offer.

Prepares and administers all documents to be filled by the successful candidate expressing employment with the Company (i.e., contracts, inclusion to payroll such as bank enrollment, etc.)

Orients the new employee of the policies and processes of the Company

  • Records/Reports Preparation and Management

Updates HRIS and other related database on newly hires.

Updates and maintains records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel data such as vacancies, hires, transfers and resignations.

Submits reports required by HR Head

Prepares documents requested by employees such as Certificate of Employment.

  • Training & Development

Coordinates with the business unit heads during planning period regarding identified training needs of employees.

Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers.

Monitors, evaluates, and records training activities or program effectiveness by filing registration forms and certificates and updating database or 201 file.

Offers specific training programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills.

Processes payment requests and other concerns in training/seminar registration.

Serves, monitors, and files Training Bond Agreement.

  • Timekeeping

Downloads attendance report from the biometrics system and send to employees for verification.

Keeps track of leave time, such as vacation and sick leave of employees by encoding these into a timekeeping database.

Keeps track of official businesses and overtime of employees by encoding these into the timekeeping database.

Prepares summary of attendance report inclusive of approved paid leaves, official business days, and overtimes for payroll cutoffs, for the approval of HR Head prior to endorsement to payroll processing

Keeps track and prepares monthly reports of those employees who are habitually tardy and/or absent, recommendatory for disciplinary actions to the HR Head.

  • Compensation and Benefits

Coordinates with the Compensation and Benefits Staff on matters concerning such.

Handles processing of government-mandated benefits under SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig

Generates certificate of contributions and loan remittances to government offices upon employee request

Collates generated government statutory report for review, and ensures submission and posting to government offices and other company partners on a timely manner

  • Performance Management

Initiates employee performance evaluation by coordinating with concerned supervisors and managers.

Prepares summary reports of performance evaluation results

Reviews, updates, renews, and/or ends employee contracts depending on the result of the performance evaluation.

Facilitates processing of employees change of status (from project hire to contractual, probationary to regular).

Assists in the assessment of performance gaps for the scheming of training programs.

  • Employee Relations and Engagement

Confers and assists the business unit heads regarding employee engagement activities planning and execution to sustain and retain employees.

Handles AWOL employees, prepares and sends Return to Work Order and Notice of Termination.

Escalate cases and incidents for disciplinary actions to HR Head.

  • Others:

Prepares identification cards of new hires.

Handles separations from monitoring/ assisting routing of clearances to release of final pay and signing of quitclaim waiver.

Helps in the upkeep of 201 file and the database

Assists in the different functions and services of the Human Resources & Admin Department (HRAD)

Confers at all times with the HR Heads with matters relating to HRAD functions and services

Attends HRAD staff meeting

_Position Requirements:_
  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.

At least 1 year work experience.

Presentation and Communication Skills

Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality

Know-how of all tasks of the HRD

Proficiency in basic Computer applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,
  • 00 - Php19,000.00 per month
