QUALIFICATIONS:- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management, or equivalent
Experience in Recruitment is a plus- Diligent, organized, and detail-oriented
Willing to work in Balintawak, Quezon City
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements;
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicants qualifications with department heads
Coordinates on-boarding process of new applicants (collecting pre-employment requirements, scheduling company orientation, endorsing to proper departments, and registering to the company records);- Keeps updated with all government-mandated laws;
Support internal and external audits within the department by preparing documentation as required;
- Ensuring government remittances of the company have been paid and posted on time
