Job Summary:
Carries out a variety of recruitment-related tasks to ensure that every vacancy for the allocated jobs will be filled within the predetermined turnaround time.
Assists with the processing and/or recording of requirements on the designated HR facets other than recruitment.
- Human Resources Functions:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Manage recruitment processes for both organic company employees and agency-contracted personnel.
o Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate selection with corporate department heads and agency HR.
o Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Employee Relations:
o Serve as the main point of contact for store personnel regarding HR-related queries, benefits, and policies.
o Address employee concerns and grievances, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
o Collaborate with agency partners to ensure adherence to labor laws and contractual agreements.
Performance Management and Development:
o Facilitate and follow through the administration of performance appraisals and provide feedback fostering professional growth and development.
o Coordinate training programs and career development initiatives in collaboration with coordinators, SOM and store supervisors.
- Concession and Retail Store Operations:
Billing:
o Verify and process agency billings related to agency-contracted personnel.
Staffing and Deployment:
o Facilitate the hiring and placement of agency-contracted personnel in coordination ensuring alignment with store operational needs.
- Administrative Operations:
Office and Facility Management:
o Oversee administrative tasks such as office supply management, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.
o Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
Travel and Logistics:
o Help arrange travel logistics and accommodations for VISMIN company employees and employees travelling to VisMin whenever needed.
- Compliance and Documentation:
Record Keeping:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
o Prepare reports as required by head office and SOM on HR metrics, such recruitment status, on-boarding and training outcomes.
Policy Implementation:
o Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within VisMin
o Monitor compliance with labor laws and agency agreements.
- Support to Management and Branch Operations:
Strategic Support:
o Provide HR-related advice and guidance to VisMin operations on workforce planning, organizational development, and performance management.
o Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to decision-making processes that impact VisMin operations.
Communication and Coordination:
o Serve as a liaison between the VisMin offices, corporate HR and agency partners ensuring alignment on HR initiatives, policies, and practices.
Candidate must possess a Bachelors/ College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related course
Must have at least (2) years related HR experience
Well versed in MS Office application
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) as well as interpersonal skills
Has the ability to deliver results effectively and manage multiple projects with less supervision
Can work independently and report virtually to the HR team located at Head Office, Manila
Willing to work physically in the Cebu Satellite Office every Mondays to Fridays.
