JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Recruitment and onboarding:
Facilitate job posting, screening resumes, Initial Interview, and coordinating interviews.
Coordination with Manpower Agency
Responsible for timely deployment of manpower
Support new hire onboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation.
- HR Administration and Reporting:
Maintain the updated employee records and HR databases, such as 201 files and Master list.
Prepares documentation related to employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Handles, updates, and monitors all related training files.
Assist in generating HR reports and analytics as required.
Compile and organize HR-related data for reporting purposes.
- Employee Relations:
Support in addressing employee queries and concerns.
Assist in resolving minor conflicts and escalating issues as necessary.
- Training and Development:
Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
Help in tracking employee training participation and completion.
Identify accredited training providers for External training.
Conduct and Facilitate refresher and awareness Training.
Responsible to facilitate and re-echo of training.
- Performance Management:
Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
- Compliance and Policies:
Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant government requirements.
Support in the dissemination of HR-related information and updates.
- Event Coordination and Logistics:
Support in organizing company events, meetings, and related logistics.
Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
Support in organizing transportation arrangements whether internal or outsourced.
- Others:
Perform and accomplish additional assignments, tasks, or requirements, as delegated, that may not fall into the aforementioned categories but are relevant to the functions of Human Resources and General Affairs.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, Business Administration major in Human Resource Management, or any related field; or bachelor's degree in any field
Familiarity with HR processes and practices.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and other relevant programs and applications.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
High regard to system of chain-of-command, compliance, reliability, and trustworthiness.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
