Job Overview:
  • Reports to: Sales Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our sales team. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring targets are met, and providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership and Management:
Supervise and guide a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize their potential.
  • Set clear sales targets and objectives for individual team members, monitoring their progress and performance regularly.
Foster a positive and motivated work environment that encourages teamwork and achievement of sales goals.
  • 2. Sales Operations and Performance:
Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring adherence to sales procedures, standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor sales metrics, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and take corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
  • 3. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers, addressing their inquiries or concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with products/services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding the customer base.
  • 4. Reporting and Communication:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Communicate sales strategies, targets, and performance expectations to the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience (10 years) in sales, with a track record in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
