A Customer Service Associate is the store's front-liner who is responsible for providing excellent and personalized customer service through compliance of company-set performance standards and the achievement of the store's sales target. The Customer Service Associate is also responsible for completing the sales transaction process while complying with company policies and the store's operating standards on housekeeping, inventory control, security and safekeeping of merchandise and other company assets.
