Responsibilities:- Recruit. train, and motivate a team of salespeople, including the CSA
Develop a sales plan to support the overall business objectives- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Track sales performance metrics
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed- Prepare sales forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, supply chain, QA team to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field
- Sales experience of no less than 10 years with good track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate others- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to interpret sales data and market trends
- Computer literacy in MS word and CRM systems
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
