As an Associate Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of financial processes within the organization. You will lead and coordinate various audit projects, contributing to enhancing internal controls and risk management practices. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, travel to designated locations within the audit scope, and manage multiple audit engagements concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of assigned projects, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills. Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient execution and timely completion of audits.
Monitor and oversee simultaneous audit engagements, applying a strategic approach to meet objectives. Travel to designated locations to conduct comprehensive audits in accordance with established scopes.
Compile and communicate results and outputs on assigned deliverables to the Audit Head. Present findings to the Audit Committee in the absence of the Audit Head, ensuring transparency and clarity.
Conduct periodic staff appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to professional development.
Key Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accreditation is mandatory.
Possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant audit experience, with a focus on non-bank financing. Demonstrate at least three (3) years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
Showcase exceptional leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration and team management. Excel in multitasking, demonstrating the ability to handle various responsibilities concurrently.
Exhibit strong project management skills, ensuring the successful execution of audit engagements.
Familiarity with non-bank financing operations and regulations, complemented by a background in financial institution auditing.
