The AUDIT (Governance) Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the governance section. Its role also includes issuance of reports necessary on Company's decision making process and finalize the internal audit plan for endorsement and approval of the President/CEO through Department Head. The audit manager is also responsible in designing audit manuals to achieve the objectives of an audit activity.
- Responsible for the overall management of the department in providing systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal control and corporate governance.
Develop the final audit plan and program of annual activities- Review and approve audit programs and audit procedures.
Review and approve recommendations, as necessary, actions to improve; processing of transactions, accounting and financial reporting, safeguarding of assets and internally developed policies and procedures.
- Assure follow-up and monitoring of audit findings to ensure adequacy and timeliness of correction.
Review and substantiate transactions by counter-checking corroborating evidences before they are recorded or paid (pre-audit).
Minimum of 5 years working experience with 2 years on a supervisory position or 1 year on a managerial position
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Monday to Thursday - 7am to 6pm and every Friday 8am - 5pm
