Job Description: - Conduct compliance and financial audit.
Provide cost and productivity analysis.- Reconciles accounting records.
Oversees audit team and provide audit plans and procedures.
- Ensures that there are no fraudulent activities.
- ISO Lead Auditor: 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Lead ISO audit by creating policies and procedures.
- Provides audit plan and program, including the audit procedures to be taken.
Create audit checklist related to the audit plan.- Head the entire ISO audit procedures.
Evaluate effectiveness of controls to ensure quality of product and services.
- Provide audit report and discuss the findings thru a management review.
Monitors the Request for Action (RFA) and ensure that the auditee has complied with the corrective actions, as planned.- Evaluates the effectiveness of the controls and corrective actions indicated in the RFAs
- ISO Document Controller: 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Maintains and keep record of the documented information, including forms and policies / procedures.- Register and obsolete policies, forms and other documented information.
Ensure that the registered procedures are accompanied by supporting documents and properly disseminated.
- Take the minutes of the meeting for the management review.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related course
- Passed the CPA/CIA Licensure Exam is an advantage
Post-graduate degree is an advantage- At least 5-10 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of auditing principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to manage and motivate a team
Willing to travel to Bataan
