The person is primarily responsible for understanding the service delivery model and the suite of services provided by their assigned service delivery team and comprehending how workflow is managed within the company's workflow management tool during their participation in all phases of a financial statement and audit of internal controls.
Participate in training, coaching, and other developmental opportunities with the assigned team members.
- Proactively providing feedback to their direct team members and teams across the group, and contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with superiors and subordinate customers.
Take ownership of a portfolio of engagements, assigning work to team members and reviewing their work before completion and delivery back to customers.- Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by leading the team effectively based on the set objective and performance output.
Participate in a wide range of projects; consistently demonstrating creative thinking and individual initiative.
- Educational Background: Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
- Essential Requirements: Should be comfortable working and communicating with team members at all levels including senior management;
Ability to coach subordinates in the development of their career and
skills;
- Preferred Experience/Skills: At least 7 years of relevant audit experience with the last year being in a manager role.
- Other capabilities: CPA certification is a must
