Primarily responsible for the conduct of business process and system analysis/activities.
Ensures that business processes and systems within units of CLG are aligned across the Bank/organization for smooth processing and delivery of bank services and Consumer Loan products.
How will you contribute
Documentation of CLG's Operations Manual (OM), Implementing Guidelines (IG), and Advisories
On system development/enhancement - creation of Change Request (CR) and facilitation of User Acceptance Training (UAT)
Provide necessary support to business unit initiatives (e.g. creation of monitoring tools, conducting business process review, time & motion study, etc.)
What will make you successful
Bachelors Degree, preferably a major in Business and Information System, or Industrial Engineering.
With minimum of 2 years experience in policies and procedures documentation or other business analysis
Preferably with working knowledge in Business and System analysis (BA function)
Experience in financial institution/lending company is an advantage
