Job Summary
- Primarily responsible for the conduct of business process and system analysis/activities.
- Ensures that business processes and systems within units of CLG are aligned across the Bank/organization for smooth processing and delivery of bank services and Consumer Loan products.
How will you contribute
- Documentation of CLG's Operations Manual (OM), Implementing Guidelines (IG), and Advisories
- On system development/enhancement - creation of Change Request (CR) and facilitation of User Acceptance Training (UAT)
- Provide necessary support to business unit initiatives (e.g. creation of monitoring tools, conducting business process review, time & motion study, etc.)
What will make you successful
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably a major in Business and Information System, or Industrial Engineering.
- With minimum of 2 years experience in policies and procedures documentation or other business analysis
- Preferably with working knowledge in Business and System analysis (BA function)
- Experience in financial institution/lending company is an advantage
