ALPS Technologies is seeking a passionate Business Systems Analys
t to join our team and revolutionize client service experiences. You'll design and implement cutting-edge service management solutions, empowering businesses to optimize their operations and achieve lasting success.
Analyze client's current business processes and make recommendations for improvement.- Design and architect workflows that meet the client needs.
Work with engineers to implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as user manuals and training materials.
Lead the quality assurance testing of project application/s.- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related course- With experience in service desk (specifically in FRESHSERVICE) is an advantage.
Should know how to read and create workflow.
- Should have knowledge of configuration.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with service desk automation tools and technologies and IT architecture is an advantage.
Knowledge in Microsoft Visio is an advantage.
