Systems Analyst - Business Knowledge and System Design

JD: SYSTEM ANALYST (Hybrid - Onsite)

Responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to meet organizational needs. They collaborate with business owners and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for developers.

Must have strong technical expertise and a clear understanding of current business practices. They analyze complex data and processes to identify issues and create effective solutions, requiring critical thinking, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

• Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Process Owners to gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.

• Work with development teams to ensure systems meet specifications, conduct system testing, and manage new system deployments or enhancements.

Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT support teams. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and training materials.

• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Front-End Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of front-end development languages and frameworks.

• SEO and Accessibility: Knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.

• Skills:

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and system integration.

• Ability to interpret and write functional requirements and translate them into technical projects.

Experience with MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, ERD tools (MS SQL/MySQL), content management systems, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps). Background in testing and QA.

• Experience:

4+ years of in-depth business knowledge and system design, preferably in Website, eCommerce and Digital Marketing Initiative.

• At least 1 year as a Business Systems Analyst in development and production environments.

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 8-12 months

Pay: Php70,
