Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
Technical Skills and Experience:
Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience working with an Agile or Iterative Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Direct involvement in major implementation projects- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday or other complex SaaS applications
At least 2 years of experience in software configuration and/or development
- 2+ years of experience in supporting applications for consumer, HR, or finance groups
Solid understanding of relational databases- Proven track record of managing projects through their full life cycle
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering a positive work culture
Stakeholder-focused with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels
Technical Proficiencies:
- In-depth understanding of ERP solutions such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP
Experience with third-party reporting tools
- Familiarity with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes
Exposure to the HR and recruitment full lifecycle process (specific to HR positions)- Basic knowledge of ETL, data warehousing, and data analytics, especially on cloud platforms
Proficiency with Google applications (Sheets, Docs)
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)- Familiarity with SOX, governance, and internal controls (specific to finance positions)
