The Business Systems Analyst role is aligned to a North American Eastern Standard Time and requires a night shift in Philippines candidate.

The GP is a strategic organization within the GCO, driving initiatives and providing support for the GCO to effectively deliver value to our customers and team.
As the Business Systems Analyst, you are a versatile, self-driven, proactive, organized, and confident individual. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements, converting requirements into functional documentation, designing solutions, and implementing enhancements to our Services configure-price-quote (CPQ) platform. You will also assist with maintaining the data integrity of our Centralized Services Automation (CSA) system that is based on Certinia technology on the Salesforce platform. This role provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization in system and process optimization, cross-functional projects and help drive product excellence for our team.
What You'll Get To Do
- Lead and facilitate meetings with cross functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows and user stories, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and leading practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define solution designs and prioritize enhancement requests.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business, offering strategic guidance and recommendations for optimizing solutions to achieve business goals.
- Perform detailed testing and validation of enhancements, ensuring compliance with requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with IT to plan, design, and test system enhancements. Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide training and support to end-users of the Services CPQ system as needed.
- Monitor incoming project requests, review requests and direct to the correct queue in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain the project backlog to ensure timely revenue recognition (keeping customer's need, project request, and backlog in alignment).
- Develop knowledge of new Dayforce products and existing product capabilities.
Skills And Experience We Value
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent English, written and spoken is required.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on HCM software solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of human resources processes and practices, which can include any of talent management, benefits, payroll/time, and workforce management.
- Familiarity with leading HCM software platforms, such as Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with Services CPQ systems and Salesforce is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex business requirements and translate them into system design specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with North American companies a benefit.
- Experience working in North America time zone a benefit.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) and/or relevant HCM software credentials is a plus.
