At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati and Ortigas
Establishes customer relationships with homeowners, contractors, architects and interior designers.
Ensures that monthly targets are achieved from his individual sales.
Ensures that all prepared sales quotations are submitted to the customer.
Secures lay-out of house plans and pictures either through saturation activities or referral from Architects and Interior Designers.
Coordinates with the Designers for the final lay-out of the design.
Ensures that concerns and clarifications of the customers are immediately attended.
Qualification:
Relevant 2 years experience in Sales/Customer Service
Organized and Systematic; Keen on details
Ability to multi-task, maintain focus and accuracy under pressure and to tight deadlines.
