Job Description
The Area Sales Distribution Supervisor is responsible for the effective leadership, operational management, business development and initiatives, and overall profitability of his assigned area. He shall be responsible for achieving the objectives of his area along with ensuring the development, tracking and reporting of sales and action plans in collaboration with the sales team.
Job Requirement and Specification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in Area Sales Management. Experience in fashion retail is a definite advantage- Highly computer literate and with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Has excellent customer service skills.
- Must have a sense of urgency and initiative to perform set duties even without instructions.
