Qualifications:
College graduate preferably major in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or other related fields.
Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/courses
At least five year work experience in Life insurance business (admin/sales)

Handle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an account
Supervise sales team and support services
Conduct orientation sessions from rank & file to top management level
Explain and represent Swiss Life and other partners to prospects and existing clients
Explain and confidently provide answers to queries re policy provisions and other related topics
