Job DescriptionThe
Area Sales Supervisor monitors general store operations and various operational expenses. He conducts regular store visits and inspections, manages store employees, and implements branded customer experience. He also addresses and approves concerns on refund, void transactions, replacements.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervises general store operations in assigned doors to deliver the achievement of business plan including day to day tasks, KRA and targets, manpower productivity, business development, reportorial requirements, customer service and compliance measures;
- Resolves timely store issues, monitor compliance and make recommendations to increase operational efficiency and promotes innovation;
Provides review on business results, product/store/category performance, geographical, economic, market competitors and other industry data for timely reporting;- Checks various operational expenses (OPEX) efficiently and ensures expenses to remain within the approved budget.
Build partnership and find other sources to generate additional revenue for the business. Develop networks, research new market opportunities and other special events to grow sales;
- Primary responsible in manpower planning & deployment; Implements various employee movements (hiring, transfer, promotion, etc) to resolve issues and address business requirements in the store;
Provide supervision to successful implementation of the specialized trainings and other talent activities implemented in the store; Monitors outcomes of program objectives and provides recommendations for improvements;- Drives, train and engage direct reports to hit sales target of all assigned stores; Evaluate performance and implements discipline when necessary [store personnel, area supervisor or area managers];
Conducts regular store visits and inspection based on approved zoning frequencies and schedules. Check and monitor performance within the acceptable order. Guide and discipline non conformance to meet 100% compliance;
- Conducts site inspection and special mall coordination on construction activities for store opening/closing;
* Acts as approving authority to address customer concerns on refund, void transactions, replacements, etc.;
- Implements branded customer experience in the store and works closely with teams to ensure proper alignment of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures.
