The job will include but not limited to the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Sales Development: Prospect and qualify new sales leads through various channels.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
Sales Presentations: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Negotiation: Negotiate agreements and contracts to maximize profits.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand the industry trends and customer needs.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or related field may be preferred.
Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills with ability to persuade and influence others. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and practices.
Additional Requirements:
Travel: Depending on the role, willingness to travel and sometimes work long hours. Licensing: May require a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Can drive a car or ride a motorcycle.
