Job Description

Sales Executive Job Description

The job will include but not limited to the following responsibilities and qualifications:

  • Sales Development: Prospect and qualify new sales leads through various channels.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
  • Sales Presentations: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate agreements and contracts to maximize profits.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand the industry trends and customer needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or related field may be preferred.
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills with ability to persuade and influence others. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and practices.
  • Additional Requirements:

Travel: Depending on the role, willingness to travel and sometimes work long hours. Licensing: May require a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Can drive a car or ride a motorcycle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php23,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Commission pay

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:
  • English (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
  • 25% (Preferred)
