Job Description

Sales Development Representative

Job Summary: Instrumental in identifying and engaging potential patients, presenting unique cash-pay (non-insurance covered) services, and delivering outstanding patient support. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Digital Marketing Specialist to leverage data and insights, ensuring a seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts. QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in sales and customer support roles; medical background preferred.
  • Experience in using electronic health record (EHR) software preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong English
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients and prospects.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and EHR systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and follow-up methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • High level of proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Superior organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with prospects via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and providing actionable insights.
  • Ability to function autonomously in an independent and self-directed environment.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
