Sales Development Representative
Job Summary: Instrumental in identifying and engaging potential patients, presenting unique cash-pay (non-insurance covered) services, and delivering outstanding patient support. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Digital Marketing Specialist to leverage data and insights, ensuring a seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts. QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in sales and customer support roles; medical background preferred.
- Experience in using electronic health record (EHR) software preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong English
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients and prospects.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and EHR systems.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and follow-up methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- High level of proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications.
- Superior organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with prospects via phone, email, and other channels.
