Basic Function:
The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves actively seeking out and engaging potential customers, presenting our products and services, and closing sales deals.
Representative Duties:
Identify and approach potential customers, including pool owners, maintenance companies, and retailers.
Present, promote, and sell pool cleaning chemicals, equipment, and accessories to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeframe.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the pool care industry.
Continuously improve through feedback and professional development.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Familiarity with sales practices and ability to build productive business relationships.

Travel is required to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and conduct market research.
