• QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree.

Possess excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), including active listening, and interactive communication.

Computer literate (proficient in MS Office applications, internet, and email ) and with excellent typing skills

Customer-focused, enthusiastic, prompt, courteous, quick thinker, and patient.

Skilful in Relationship-building.

At least 6-months previous sales experience in busy, fast pace call centre environment.
