Purpose of the Role
As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of the bancassurance operations in your designated geographical block as well as drive and boost sales and manpower count. You will also be responsible for agent validation, termination, and working with relevant back-office departments for resolution.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Recruitment of Sales Managers or Managing Partners
- Branch office expansion
- Issues management and collaboration with Head Office on production-related matters
Requirements for the Role
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a successful sales representative
- Should have excellent motivational and supervisory skills. Communication and leadership skills are essential and would be beneficial when it comes to recruiting, training and retraining talents.
- Be able to design and implement both short-term and long -term business strategies.
