JOB ACCOUNTABILITYEffectively manages overall business development and marketing operations and ensure sustainability while consistently adding value to the department strategic proposition in support of the organization direction by effectively managing cost, productivity, quality, accuracy, timeline and sales and marketing targets.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and implements a strategic business plan to ensure strong market presence and expand customer base.
- Develops a growth strategy focus in revenue generation.
- Develops market visibility and presence.
- Governs the conduct of research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Directs efforts at managing and retaining account relationships with existing and past clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensures compliance to company health, safety and environmental standards.
- Manages risks and resolves critical operational issues.
- Manages key financial indicators of department operations.
- Develops the potential of team members to maximize their productivity.
- Maintains organized files and related documents.
- SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or any related field preferably civil engineering.
- Ten (10) years of extensive experience in sales and marketing; five (5) years of which in
managerial capacity preferably in construction industry.
- Proficient communication and negotiation skills.
- Possesses strategic mind set with regards to decision making, driving for results and
relationship building.
- Able to perform productively while under pressure.
- Extremely strong interpersonal skills to communicate change, motivating employees and
getting leadership buy-in.
