Your Role:

As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion, driving revenue growth and forging lasting partnerships.

• You will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company.
• You will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy.
• You will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

What You'll Do:

• Support the learning and development of the sales team
• Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
• Track and report all sales activities
• Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in managing sales teams
• Experience in generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
