Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead efforts to attract new clients.

Develop and implement strategies to secure new business and achieve sales targets.

Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Handle consultants within assigned accounts, ensuring their effective deployment and performance.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, billing, and payments.

Maintain comprehensive records of client activities in the CRM system.

Ensure the accuracy of job order details and other relevant information in the system.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across various organizational levels.

Lead client interactions, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Oversee all sales activities from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals within specified accounts.

Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and other sales and marketing materials.

Write executive summaries and key themes for major pursuits, demonstrating a strong understanding of product lines, platforms, and value propositions.

Coordinate and govern sales activities throughout the sales process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in sales database systems.

Support the sales team by preparing reports on consultants salaries and other relevant data.

Perform supporting tasks and respond to various sales-related requests to assist team members.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.

Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by management.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitors activities to identify new business opportunities.

Sales revenue and growth

New client acquisition

Client satisfaction and retention

Accuracy and timeliness of CRM and system data

Effectiveness of outbound campaigns and sales strategies
