The Logistics Supervisor is responsible in supervising all logistics-related operations to achieve target operational efficiencies and excellent customer service level.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists the Logistics Manager in planning and implementing policies, procedures, and activities in accordance with department goals and objectives
In-charge of supervising logistics personnel such as drivers, riders, and dispatchers.
Ensure logistics processes and transactions adhere to company SOP and established controls.
Coordinates with key stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operation.
Ensure the proper items are dispatched correctly, delivered on time and in exact location.
Ensure courier deliveries are done as scheduled and meet service-level agreements
Ensure that all trucks are in working condition and are following vehicle maintenance schedule.
Reporting duties and other administrative tasks that may be assigned by his superior.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
With a minimum of 5 years as a supervisor or team leader in the same capacity
With relevant experience in product dispatch and delivery in a retail setup.
Strong leadership skills.
Above average communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work with subordinates to establish direction, authority, and responsibility.
