WHAT YOU WILL DOThis position is responsible for planning and managing the overall physical distribution and fleet operations of the assigned plant and distribution centers, to provide inbound and outbound logistics support to requirements of production, sales, sales offices, marketing, quality assurance, process, materials warehouse, and finance control. This position will also work collaboratively with the Sales and Operations teams in the plant/area on managing manufacturing & warehouse constraints, working capital targets, transportation capacity and costs, market activities, and seasonal fluctuations in demand to provide optimal inventory availability.

College Graduate: Degree in Management or Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering or equivalent. A Master's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain is an advantage but not required.
- At least 8 years of experience in the field of Logistics/Supply Chain operations, preferably in a similar role, in the food & beverage industry and at least 5 years of which in a managerial capacity.
Expertise in site logistics operations and supply planning.- With experience in inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse operations, fleet operations, and distribution cost management.
Experience in the
food & beverage / consumer packaged goods / FMCG industry is a plus. Job Type: Full-time
